Boo! You Don’t Have to Be Afraid of Negative Energy
I’ll be honest.
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. From pumpkins, to costumes, to cheesy or chilling scary movies, I’m all about this annual “Fright Night.”
However, despite everyone’s love for Pumpkin Spice Everything, adorable trick or treaters, or even a good scare now and then… there are darker elements to Halloween, but specifically to the supernatural in general, which might make you fearful.
Things like evil spirits, demonic possession, or having your personal spaces invaded by unwelcome “guests” might frighten you. Hauntings are a real phenomenon, and they vary in nature, size, and scope. Sometimes, it’s a building that’s affected, other times it’s land. Sometimes, and albeit more rarely, it’s an actual object or person.
In the land of the living, though, we on the physical plane have a distinct advantage. Fear feeds on negative energy, and as you are (mostly) in control of your emotions, you have more power to reclaim your environment from “bad juju” than you might think.
Smudging is a great way to banish negative, low vibration energy and replace it with sacred and clear loving intentions. Meditation and prayer can provide a protective mental and spiritual “bubble” to protect you while you sleep, work, or relax. High vibration music can also raise good vibes, as can laughter, gratitude, and positive heartfelt emotions.
Once in a while, despite our best efforts, we may need some professional spiritual help to rid our spaces of uninvited soul attachments, psychic debris, karmic cords, or any other element preventing us from experiencing the joy of being alive, which is our Divine birthright.
This is part of my mission at Michelle Harmon Energy, and I invite you to be a part of it. To find out how, click here.
My Halloween wish for you is to enjoy it fully, with many more treats than tricks. It can, and should be, a lighthearted, fun holiday to enjoy with family and friends. Don’t take it too seriously, because remember – you are a light from above. And no darkness can diminish that.
